Whatever happens the draft is going to be based on the plans and scouting of the current regime, just a matter of whether a new guy is in place by then and how much he departs from what he inherits. If they don't move fast on a hire they could make one of the assistants interim GM (in deed if not name) and also get Brown more involved (if he wasn't already).
