Who is seriously viewing Bohm as a throw-in in a deal? If he gets dealt it is going to be for an equally valuable piece, whether in one move or two. A fellow-All-Star. A top closer caliber arm. A #3 starting pitcher at least. But at the same time he's just not enough to get Crochet or Robert because the Sox want players who make less money and have more years of control than the guys they are giving up (and Crochet is dirt cheap, while Robert has three years of control and plays good defense, though you still need him to bounce back at the plate/health-wise).
All of the above goes for Suarez too.
I'm not sure either team would do Bohm for Tucker straight up. Tucker's better but like you say, you only get him for one year. And at the same time, because he's better, the Astros will not only want more, but younger cheaper players.
But it's also possible Bohm will be close to worthless a year from now, in the worst case. I don't think that will happen, but if he's just his normal average self - neither the guy from the first half or the guy from the second half - he's not really better than Cesar Hernandez, a guy the Phillies non-tendered because they didn't want to pay his last year of arbitration. I don't think it would come to that with Bohm either, and for all we know he may still be on the Phillies for two years, but he'd be less tradeable next year with that salary and impending free agency.
And of course Hernandez went on to still be a good everyday major leaguer for several more years (not to mention better than anyone the Phillies had), though he couldn't get paid.
