It'll be over fast. I suspect the combination of the off-field issues, the possible suspension and the still-high price will keep the Eagles away, especially since they still have a stake in Hurts, and a year to see if he's the guy. Plus Watson has to approve any trade. Just by trading for him the Eagles would be a less attractive team to Watson (i.e. they won't be able to add as much drafted talent around him).
Pittsburgh should probably get him, we already know that fan base doesn't care about the off-field stuff.
