How do you play someone who looked very injured when he last played and whom the doctors say will take 3 months to recover? How do you do that after the last two games Foles has turned in? You don't. Fairness says the playoffs are Foles' s to lose, if we get that far. I do feel for Wentz, who is still the future, because for some reason Pederson has largely called better offensive games for Foles than he did for Wentz. Wentz is a super competitor, wants to avoid developing a reputation as a guy who gets injured a lot and isn't there for the big games at the end of the season, and who just wants the fun of having a chance to play in some of those games... but need to go with Foles now.
