Nori should be a fast riser, no point taking unless he's more like a college player in terms of finished product since his body suggests a lack of upside from physical maturity, so it only makes sense if he's got a fundamentally sound swing and just needs experience.

Hill sounds like a project with upside due to frame, Morgan a 4 pitch finesse LH SP project.
The rest are pretty much bullpen fodder, at their ages, should move up quickly if they have "it." If not, look for their names on a waiver wire near you.
