Phillies announcers saying that the team wants Eflin to throw fastballs at the top of the zone. I noticed that the Phillies pitchers seem to be throwing a lot of high fastballs this year. Is this a new teaching as well?

Needed a big hit that inning with guys on 1st and 2nd with no one out and our 4/5 hitters up. Unfortunately it has become the norm for Hoskins and JT to struggle in that spot.

Phillies leave that runner on third. Had second and third, no out, then third with one out. Sure needed to score that second run.
