I only saw the last ~20 minutes, so it was a close game the whole time. Seemed like the biggest problems was Simmons and Saric. Simmons is a franchise player, so the answer to this question is probably "no", but does anyone else think that TJ should have stayed in over Simmons? I'm not ready to give up on this series. The recent Celtics record in playoff road games is not great (except for last year against the Bulls). It obviously doesn't look good, but let's win one tomorrow and go from there.
To address some other points. It looked like the Sixers were using a high PnR screen to generate some spacing for 3's. They weren't doing a whole lot else, but at least it's a start. Still, judging the stats, they shot the ball fine.
The problem with playing Simmons in the high post is that it messes with spacing and the Sixers don't have another player who can be the primary ballhandler and shoot. I am guessing that the Celtics would counter that fairly easily as they wouldn't have to cover 2 guys outside of 15 feet.
