Sixers have a tough, but important game tonight vs. the Wizards. A win would be great for the standings in the East.

I was watching, and my take on Redick was that he shot the 3 because time was about to expire. I don't think the play was designed with him as primary shooter, and the ball was kicked out to him with no time to move or dribble in for a closer shot.

The Lebron to Sixers stuff is fun to imagine and think about but if he does go on the market at the end of the year, I would imagine he would at least listen to the pitch.

I can't imagine LeBron not going to LAL, but the funny part now is that it would involve him rejoining all the players he just purged from his team. That makes it possible that some other team might come into play, and while I would probably expect the Clippers or Celtics to be next on his list, I think Philly is a possibility.

The sad part is that I do think we are going to start to see LeBron's drop off, he has a ton of NBA minutes on his body at this point and I really think he might throw it in a 3-4 seasons. He might want Kareem's scoring record, that is really the only thing for him to shoot for (he might get it in 2022 or 2023 if he stays healthy).

Interesting question is that if a LeBron has any concern about slowing down, will he pivot from short term deals to taking a 3/4/5 year deal.

If I'm Lebron I'm thinking the Sixers are a much better situation and far deeper than the Lakers. Lebron on this sixers team automatically makes them a favorite in the East.

And LeBron might want to be handled by a coach who plays him fewer minutes (like Brown does) and who actually understands NBA offense and defense.

Who knows what LeBron wants. If he wants to be in LA it will be for marketing purposes, and I'm sure his agents can quantify the financial value of that (not only for basketball but post-basketball). But if winning is the most important thing, we'll see.

Still shooting at about 15-18 feet, though, at least in front of the cameras. I don't see why they couldn't play him now since he has more range than Simmons...

9-12 in thos draft is not the worst thing since the sixers need bench and specialty pieces going forward.

No...injuries are different than the yips. Embiid and Simmons were the clear players to take in their spots, Fultz was less clear. However, to be fair, I supported the move. It’s really just astonishing how Ainge always wins trades by a mile. I hate that guy.
