A guy who's getting overlooked is Irvin, who seems completely back from his TJ surgery.
He had 24 starts and pitched 151 innings between Clearwater and Reading.
Wouldn't surprise me if he made a move next year, could jump ahead of El Garcia based on physical maturity and polish.
He's not even in MILB's top 30 but he's been throwing 90-93 which is all a LH SP with command and secondary pitches needs.
Eventually Romero and some others might pass him, but if I was betting on the first LH SP to hit Philly, it would be Irvin.
