Yes, but DD basically shuffled the pen (SD out, Estavez in) and the two pitching prospects they got back were as good as the ones they traded - all second tier guys with upside but long odds. Basically the only net loss was Bergolla, a good 2B prospect with Stott ahead, Turner/Miller a possible move there, and a couple prospects behind him who were equally talented (Rincon and Saltiban).
if I trade someone like Crawford or Miller, it has to be a young player under team control who's a better fit, not a veteran with a big salary who is likely to decline the next couple seasons. I doubt there's a better fit than Miller out there.
