Salisbury is usually pretty reliable. What, I wonder, would they be getting in return? It's an interesting strategy trading Cesar away after a very strong season. They must feel it's not sustainable, and be trying to convert an over-valued asset. Not sure what young player I'd want from the Angels...
After looking at their team, there's one obvious guy (who won't, obviously, be traded) and the rest of their team and system are pretty old or pretty bad or both. Their best prospects (such as they are) are in low-A ball and below.
The winner of the Valentin/Kingery battle winner will also have to beat out whoever loses the long-term SS battle, probably Galvis, as well.
