I kind of feel bad for them about that! I mean, I know their niche is their niche but even for me personally, I might have gone to the game last night if the WS wasn't happening. And would there be a parade or would they just have a rally in the stadium? When the Timbers won in 2015 they did both but the parade didn't draw more than 10 or 20,000 people, and the rally was just 5,000 die-hards at one end.
That said - Negadelphia alert - I don't like either team's chances right now. LA seems to be peaking (they'd lost to Austin twice in regular season) and will have the home crowd/time zone. These West Coast MLS Cup starts are like 1pm college football games.
