Anderson played a remarkable, unheralded role in movies. He taught all of the actors in the sword fights in The Lord of the Rings, and numerous other action flicks, as the article saying, going back to the remarkable days of Errol Flynn. He leaves an amazing legacy and will be sorely missed.

N.J. Assemblyman Alex DeCroce collapses, dies in Statehouse after long legislative session

Longtime Assemblyman Alex DeCroce, the leading Republican of the state’s lower house who represented Morris County for 23 years, collapsed and died in a bathroom inside the Statehouse late Monday night, just moments after the 214th Legislature held its final voting session.

A lot of people in Trenton today are just stunned.

My deepest condolences to the DeCroce family, and to all of Assemblyman DeCroce's colleagues and friends. I know that some of our posters knew Alex DeCroce, professionally or personally. Words fail me; a sad day.
