If Cutch and the bullpen were healthy, that's easily 5 more wins.
The bullpen implosion makes the struggles by the young starters more of a problem, and losing Cutch impacted LF, CFand 3B (b/c Cutch could play CF at times, freeing Kingery for more IF duty).
I don't think a healthy Phillies team was expected to win more than 90 games, so if this version wins 85 it's a pretty good season.
