Yeah, I was surprised they ran Neris out there again. I guess Kapler doesn't really trust anyone else, which I suppose is somewhat forgivable. But, Kapler needs to have a quicker hook when Neris is struggling while pitching 3rd day in a row.

I disagree. He has an obligation to not squander resources. Nicasio gave him a solid 8th on 12 pitches. Do you send him out for a second inning, with somebody else ready to go, or do you spin the cylinder and go with the guy who's pitching too many days in a row - with nobody (evidently) ready in case he struggles?
