The sad thing is there was nothing trend-following about them moving Hoskins. He was blocked by Tommy Joseph! It wasn't that crazy to leave him there (or to sign Santana) either. Still hard to believe he was actually that bad in LF given all the fielding stiffs the Phillies have put there over the years (including now).

Much crazier that an earlier regime tried to make Cody Asche a LF. Or that they signed Delmon Young and messed with Dom as a result.
