Phillies blow 4 run lead to fall a run behind, but come back with two to win the game.
Big downside was another miserable outing from Romano. I did not expect him to be a lights out closer, but I did expect he would be a good ML reliever. So far, he has not been. Still many games for him to help the Phillies win games.
Kerkering gets the win and also a blown save, which was really on Romano. Alvarado gets a save for his 1-2-3 ninth inning setting down the top of the Dodgers' order. Castellanos hits grand slam. Phillies score 8 runs on 6 hits but take 11 walks. Phillies pitching not great, walking ten while giving up 7 runs on 9 hits.
Regardless, Phillies come from behind twice today and win the game and the series.
