Romano in danger of being odd man out when Suarez returns. He has looked bad in every outing

Dodgers over come the Phillies' 4 run lead after the third inning to take the lead in the top of the seventh. This just should not happen. With 8 in the bullpen, why was the reliever who has been the worst so far this season brought in to protect a two run lead? Why was Ruiz only used to finish the sixth?

Very questionable relief pitching choices today! Why not allow Sanchez another batter (it worked, maybe) Ruiz can't start the next inning? Why Romano instead of Kerkering to start the inning?
I know ultimately the players need to perform.
