What a great win for the Phillies. The Astros are one of the best teams in MLB this season and the Phillies were down 5 runs after three innings, but never quit, battling back to tie the game and win in ten innings. We can win this series.

Robertson gets the save and in spite of the double off the short left field porch, he got 3 outs without letting a run score. Nola did not have a good night, but the bullpen, in spite of some hits and walks, pitched 5.2 innings of scoreless relief.

Realmuto with a double and the tenth inning home run, had 3 RBIs tonight. Bohm a 2 RBI double, and Harper two hits. Seven of the nine starters had a hit. Also, there were some good defensive plays turned in by the Phillies. If we can continue to get hitting and get a strong start from Wheeler tomorrow night, we could return home up 2 games. Regardless, the Phillies have the one win in Houston in the first two games that put them in a good spot coming back to Philadelphia.

I dont think we win without his outs, so worth it, but if hes pushed to game 4 hes likely not available to start in a potential game 7, but maybe you get 2-3 innings from him, and an inning or two from Nola both on short rest.

Hard to believe 11 pitches vs. - what, 6? 7? - would make a difference. You could go with an opener for him but probably not anyone you'd really want to see against the top of that order, let alone Alvarez. Same's gonna be true with Thor really.
