Kerkering is a great story but please don't pitch him in such situations.

Behind what? Not a lot of choices. While the kid has flopped somewhat (while still leaving this game with hold, lol) they believe in his stuff and his relief skill set more than Walker and Lorenzen. The other two guys are pitching the next two innings.

Those of you who want to see Walker, hold on for a tie game!

His first time will come in the playoffs with the tying run at the plate. Big spot for the rookie righthander.

Fair point. I hated Kerkering there more than Soto as it happens. He's never pitched back to back as far as we know and he looked off yesterday.
