Hurts had a bad game generally, but at least all of his throws were accurate, there were just a few he should not have thrown. Love on the other hand probably had 6-10 really bad throws were he flat out missed people.
But like last years first 11 games, the team really rises to the occasion in the last half of the 4th. They just ended the game but jamming the ball forward. Hurts had some really tough runs and others made big plays. Good to see, those type of drives win games, this one did.
The play of the game to me was Hurts talking to Smith during the timeout. He then throws a bullet at Smith’s calf which Smith was ready for and digs out despite being covered. It was 2 guys completely in synch. Big first down
