In the 2020 video he has three clear drops--wide open, ball inside his catch radius, drops it. He has five times he failed to catch a contested ball that he got both hands on---good receivers do that. He had four more times where he did not track the ball well in the air, twice when he was wide open and could have easily changed his course to catch the ball...I don't know if you call that a hands problem or not. He also had two sideline catches taken away because he failed to tap his second foot inbounds. Not hands, obviously, but catches he didn't make.
Just talking his ability if wide open to catch a perfectly thrown ball, he's probably NFL average for a WR, contested catches, well below average, and tracking the ball below average. These are my ratings. YMMV.
We don't use statistics for WR drops because they are inherently subjective. That's why watching the games, or reviewing an "all targets" video is best. I'm eagerly anticipating the 2021 all targets video which should be out in the next few weeks.
