I think our chance for a good receiver passed in earlier rounds. Better to focus on linemen, linebackers, a big RB. We are in iffy territory now and chances of Roseman hitting on a WR are darned near nil.

There are still 5 or 6 WR I like on the board...Johnson, Peoples-Jones, Hill, Hightower, Gandy-Golden, Watkins, Hoggins -- all those guys are decent and could surprise.

And after letting Dallas get the C we should have picked, they trade down again. It's not like we are so set that nobody has a chance to make this team.

Just got Marquise Goodwin form the Niners. Blazing fast but oft-injured. No real cost--flipped 6th round picks.

Goodwin can fill in when Jackson gets hurt and vice-versa.

And as he is probably 7th on the depth chart (not counting Hurts, who I think may really play there some) I am guessing Hightower has already had a minor injury and is on the injured reserve (if there is a 2020 season). This to me really is a wasted pick, we can't put him anywhere on the roster and he might be someone who gets plucked off a practice squad.

If I thought DJax was a good mentor he would have a few guys to teach. We now have at least 3 lesser versions of him on the squad, but I am not at all sure about his "mentor" abilities, he was a bad teammate when he was younger but he does seem to have matured through the whole Bucs debacle.

So the WRs are Jackson, Goodwin Reagor, Hightower and Ward. Smurfs.

Guys, it could be worse. The Bears now have 10 TEs on the roster. 10. After releasing Trey Burton (I assume there werent enough chairs in the TE Room). 10.

Ahh, can you run a 6 TE offense? Which one takes the snap.

If we want a 3rd TE my guess is they are more than willing to make a trade.

Plus Arcega-Whiteside, lots of double TE sets, and maybe even Alshon (why give up cap space to cut him for saying bad things about Wentz, when the #2 draft pick says worse things about Wentz and from the GM/coaching staff not a WR who wanted more chances)

The Eagles now have three picks in the 6th round. Maybe they can find some more fast WR who can't catch.

Seems like Roseman is using late round assets to protect against losing certain guys as UDFA.

Reports are the Eagles played out multiple different UDFA scenarios due to the uncertainty of the process from the league and because they were nervous about not being able to get the players they want.
