If he wants his old job back, I'd bring him back as QB coach, he did wonders with Wentz between his year one and year two seasons.

Ugh. Two years in a row that Wentz goes down w/ injury. Still, probably no real upside in playing him the rest of the season. Although, if by some miracle they go on a playoff run with Foles, then you'd have a legit QB controversy.

Three years in a row, remember he missed his rookie year training camp. Four out of five years if you count college.

If this is true - that Eagles medical and coaching staff knew about the injury and didn't tell Wentz, I have to think that could ruin player's confidence in Pederson.

I think the injury is from the last game. He took a really bad shot in the back on that roughing the passer play -- the play was well dead and he was relaxing and then severely jolted.

now Mialata is hurt and done. i was hoping to see him play in the last 2 games. get him ready for next year.

Pederson dancing around questions about medical staff, Wentz injury and when it happened. He says stress injury over time and that it didn't impact this season's play calling. Howie and medical staff haven't been available to media. And...

Philly Sports interviews a doctor who says this sounds like an acute injury, not a stress injury which develops over time.
They still have their story up about speculation that team/doctors knew of injury and didn't tell Wentz, so it has become a locker room issue and Wentz is seeing doctors outside Eagles' staff (not all that unusual)

Of course, this is Marcus Hayes, so a few grains of salt must be taken with the reading.

This could be a very interesting off-season in Eagles-land.

How 'bout them Cowboys? What a missed opportunity last week. I am assuming there is little chance of winning a West Coast road game with Nick Foles against a good team tonight. Looks like the Vikings are on their way to that WC anyway

Hard to care one way or the other but not sure a 7-9 vs. 8-8 vs. 9-7 finish will make that much of a difference either way. Isn't it also possible that three strong games from Foles would give him trade value that's worth more than a better draft position?
