The reality is that Marsh is just going to play 90% of the time because he has earned it. Guthrie is actually more suited to the utility role than Pache (though note Pache is REALLY good defensively. Better than Marsh IMO though it made sense to leave Marsh in CF when both played for continuity reasons). Guthrie can play everywhere so you can pinch run/hit him late and be OK defensively.
Muzziotti bats with the wrong hand so he would never play if he were recalled (remember Bryce is about to be activated too so LH at bats will be even more scarce). Ortiz has actually played pretty well in limited time this year but as Z said, is not really a CF. Of course he and De La Cruz need at bats. Neither is on the 40-man roster now though so they were not even considered.
Like every team the Phillies don't want to rush players. But that is why they do things like not put the players on the 40-man roster in the first place. If someone right-handed with power got hurt though (like Castellanos) I'd bet we would think about Ortiz. Later in the season Jake Cave needs to also be playing better than Muzziotti. If Marsh got hurt of course we would recall Muzziotti the next day. We will not live with Cave and Guthrie in CF for more than a day or two.
It will be fascinating what move they make for Darick Hall. Possible they'll keep him in AAA if Bryce can play 1B adequately. Clemens will go for Bryce. But then who is next to go down. Cave or Guthrie most likely, though plan C of just keeping Hall in the minors especially if his rehab is mediocre is possilble.
