I doubt they want a second opinion over Harper and Boras's personally selected doctor. He kind of is the second opinion (after the team/Philadelphia people).
But you'd think they could clear him and still let him go a little harder in his so-called rehab (including sliding and baserunning) for a few days.
Of course we could also get a completely different recommendation (i.e., give it a couple of more weeks).
