It really depends - well, it depends on a lot of things, their record, the market, whether the CBT is a factor both this year and next - but mostly on how hard they decide to go. Most likely it will be similar to last year, except that teams need a lot more outfielders than catchers so you can't just say CF is a position of depth and guys are blocked per se. So I wouldn't trade Rojas for a rental and hopefully Muzziotti gets you a rental. But if they did target someone controllable as they did with O'Hoppe (though don't think Tyler O'Neil is really that guy) or decided go big (like Goldschmidt) that's a whole other story.
Everybody needs pitching but the Phillies' pitching is actually in rather good shape if Brogdon is ready to be a two-inning guy and Bellatti can be better again. If Sanchez can continue to be even just an adequate starter that will also help the bullpen. At this point they can barely find a roster spot for a reliever acquired via trade. DFA Covey and Hoffman and that's still only two spots among Seranthony, Brogdon and Bellatti, though they can option Marte. Even making room for a 6th starter would be tricky. That probably really does turn on Painter's realistic timetable.
And then there is Song. Seems to me there's no way he gets his 90 days, but he can rehab almost to the trade deadline, be auditioned/tested in August, and then would just take up one of the expanded roster spots. Then he's still Rule 5 next year but he'll probably be ready to contribute consistently.
