Ah. Yeah I was actually surprised there weren't a few more obvious guys like that on the list though presumably they were also taken elsewhere in the 20s over the years.
Top of my head (and very many years apart) Mike Trout was of course a 25, and Walker Buehler a 24. Nolan Arenado was a high second-rounder the same year as Trout. If you can somehow get a late first-rounder who is as good as Nolan or J-Roll that would be the dream.
And don't take anyone who is more like the Phillies' various semi-recent sandwich picks (Valent, Shane Watson).
