I wish they would all trades. They could do it so that it wouldn’t be a rich stealing from the poor, the structure exists. Just do trades that have to be within a certain small amount of draft cap and then equal out the cap by including the difference.
So you can trade if you see a player you really want, but you have to include extra picks to make the cap amount match. It would be hard for the first few picks, but it would easily make up in later picks.
Maybe include things like international money in there also.
