I just don't think they'll keep Joseph on the 40. They'll probably pay Franco's raise w/o any trouble, especially since they can send him to AAA as a last resort.
I do agree Klentak is all about options here. He has to trade one of the middle IFs, IMO, but not both. (And he doesn't have to, if Crawford spends a few months in AAA. But he should).
Anyway, all these position changes have been ordered by the front office, not the manager. If the offers for Galvis aren't good they can indeed keep him around as a utility guy or starting 2B (or 3B) for a while and they may want to do that anyway.
