As we wait for the Phils home opener, let’s talk about the song you’d choose for your walk up music. I’m about is athletic as a sloth, but who still doesn’t imagine themselves coming up to bat in the clutch and hear their signature song playing?
Some players like Utley kept the same song his whole career. The first few notes of Kashmire would start and the crowd would go nuts. Stott hit gold with AOK and I hope he keeps it. Harper, JT, and Schwarber have a few songs. They are largely individualized, some players preferring to get locked in, relaxed, or pumped up.
Given results of the age poll, my music tastes are probably going to be considered intense, but here are mine. Since it’s a ballpark, it’s got to be clean. Let’s presume no royalties or copyright issues…open sandbox.
