He just got one last out which might be big. Would be a pretty cruel way to lose the World Series if you are the Dbacks hitters. Eovaldi's kept them off the board capably but he still has five walks and four hits. Now the Rangers already have three hits just in the 7th.

Rangers had 3 consecutive hits to start the 7th and those are the only hits they have in this game, so far. The DBacks have only 4 hits, but have six walks.

I'd like to think the Phillies made sure Texas didn't take them lightly.

But the Rangers were also 11-0 on the road. Amazing.

Also we kept hearing how Schwarber was the new Reggie Jackson but turns out Corey Seager is the new Reggie Jackson (two-time WS MVP)

Pretty amazing they just closed it out on the road after losing Garcia for two games.

It's pretty wild, obviously the Texas teams are basically teenagers compared to the Phillies and Cubs and Red Sox and others, but having grown up with that Philadelphia sense of futility and stories of '64 and even, more recently, the 10,000 losses, the reality is I still saw us a win a World Series in 1980 while the people I've been friends with since first moving to Texas in 1990 had never experienced that until 2017 and now.

I kind of liked seeing Arizona get shut down but it doesn't really make me feel better. I'd rather lose to the eventual champions (and see them come out of our league almost any time. Yeah, even the dang Braves).
