I've noticed several "bounced emails" sent from the board recently, to long-time members here who haven't logged in since we migrated to Discourse, and who tried to use the "Forgot Password" utility.
When you use the "Forgot Password" link, the board tries to send you an email with a link to update your password... but if the email the board has for you (from when you originally registered, or the last time you updated it) is not longer active, the board's email bounces, and there's no way for you to get updated.
If that happens to you - if you try to update your password using the "Forgot Password" thing, and you don't receive any email...
First, check your junk mail folder, just to be sure that the board's email didn't wind up there.
If there's no email in either your inbox or your junk mail folder, and you think the board may have a really old email address (or just to check), email us at this address: philliesphans@gmail.com. We can help - but only if you let us know you're having a problem getting access. I have no way of updating your email address if I don't know what your new address is.
When you email us, we'll update your board profile, and you should be able to regain access.
