Bonds and Clemens largely on a treadmill. Schilling rebounded from his dip last year after he suggested media members should be lynched. Rolen only appeared on 10% of ballots. Is that just above the cut-off?

I'm a little disappointed. Vlad is going in as an Angel. Which is well within reason, and he'll be the first Angel in the HOF I think?

But, perhaps it's an NL East bias, but I think of Vlad as an Expo first and an Angel second.

You look at Guerrero's stats on baseball-reference and he pretty much has more of everything as an Expo. His entire postseason body of work and one MVP season came as an Angel but other than that, yes, his plaque should have an Expo cap. A similar action would be putting a Phillies cap on Halladay's plaque.

At age 43, he's the youngest HOFer ever. Heck, there are active MLB players who are older.

I am pretty sure Koufax was a much younger HOFer than Guerrero.

It's actually a toss up whether Vlad should go in as an Expo or an Angel. He played 6 1/2 seasons as an Expo, 6 as an Angel. Surely more people saw him play as an Angel. He was better overall as as an Expo, but he saw no postseason action with Montreal. It is the Hall of "Fame," and he had more fame as an Angel. It's not really like Halladay's two good seasons as a Phillie.

Yep, Koufax was not yet 37 when he was selected to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Incredibly he was still a bit under 31 years of age when he threw his final pitch in the 1966 WS against Baltimore.

He remains the greatest pitcher I ever saw pitch. His drop off the table curve ball was as close to an unhittable pitch as I ever saw.
