Outside of 2016-2018, they're still not finding players in the top ten rounds, even bench quality guys.
It's bad enough to blow 1st and 2nd rd picks (at least they got better there after Moniak et al), but you need to find those above replacement guys to build depth for both the roster and trade fodder.
