Yes, it really is just all speculation as to what will happen and when.
Here in North Texas, I saw that a commissioner from Dallas is saying at least two more weeks of staying buttoned up and most at home followed by long term practice of social distancing as things start to resume. I would think that as a best case but even as many things open up, I still think large congregations of people would be among the last steps in returning toward what we remember as normal.
So when could we expect baseball? I have no idea but I hope by May, teams could come together for some workouts and if so, maybe baseball for real in June. Perhaps crowds at stadiums would be limited at first. Too much unknown now to really know what to expect in a couple months.
I can see that if one were playing the simulation games, then yes, it might be interesting, but reading make-believe box scores has only a marginal interest for me. However, for those who enjoy, have at it.
