I disagree that Stott should be the shortstop (unless it's in Lehigh Valley). He had under 100 PA in AAA, and there's a reason that players usually don't skip that level, even good prospects like Stott. Some are exceptions who can jump to the majors, but he hasn't shown he can hit major league pitching. Maybe you could be patient with him if the Phillies were not trying to contend, but he is hurting the team when he plays. I'd send him to AAA, and maybe he can help later in the year, or if not, then next year.
I do agree that Bohm has had negative value as well. But even though his offense has been mediocre, it's much better than Stott's. Bohm is worse defensively, of course, and there is an argument to be made that he should be replaced as well, at least as a starter. I'm not sure sending him to AAA would help since I don't see him becoming a better defender playing at AAA. Really, Camargo has been better than both Stott and Bohm, and unless they improve before Camargo comes back, Camargo should start over one of them when he returns.
