Minor Leaguers Officially Join the MLBPA

Each team gets a player rep (two-year terms), plus four at-large who haven't been elected yet. I wonder what the make-up of players are like in terms of lower level vs. higher level (and which ones are more likely to stay in the same org for their full term).
