Second rehab start for Spencer Howard not so nice....

In the "not sure what to make of it category", our 20-year-old Taiwan pitcher (Hsin-Chieh Lin) has yet to give up a hit in 8.2 innings of his pro career. Cup of coffee in GCL last year then he was clearly too advanced for GCL this year. Now he is filling in at Clearwater most likely because they need innings and he is at the complex.

Probably a guy that should be pitching major innings at Williamsport or Lakewood though possibly language could be an issue with moving him there.

Silva was 87-92, mostly 90. It has good life, so if he ever adds the strength to get consistently low 90s he should be a good bullpen arm. Curve is not consistently a good pitch.
