News about Mickey Moniak--he's been in and out of the lineup with severe headaches, and the cause was diagnosed as 4 impacted wisdom teeth. He had the teeth removed yesterday, and is expected back in the lineup by the weekend. The source for this is his father, who posts at phuturephillies occasionally.

I am definitely curious about Rixon Taylor-Wingrove (18 year old Aussie). He is a giant human being. I wonder if they are moving him away from catcher (1B today) or if they are just rotating. And in the category of "pay attention to the younger players that get prominent spots in the lineup", he is batting 4th today. They must like him.

Adonis Medina with a monster game tonight, 10 Ks through 5 innings. Hot on Sixtos's heels as premium pitching prospect, a couple early clunker starts give him misleading numbers.

Requena was in A ball last year, so this may be a rehab start. Had two starts for Clearwater then gone.

Guy to keep an eye on is Luke Williams, I think they've been trying to fix his swing since he signed to no avail, until this June when he has exploded - could be a SSS, could be the light went on.

Listi promoted to Reading, Martin sent down to Clearwater, so the 4th rd pick has been passed by two seniors picked in the middle rounds from Dallas Baptist.
