On Alexeis Azuaje. I am really curious for some first hand observations from neutral sources here. We know he has some tools. We know he swings early and often. But he also has some power and does not K much. Can he play SS long term? Will his approach not work at higher levels?
I might have less confidence answering these questions about Azuaje after his rookie ball year than any other recent successful GCL prospect. Clearly they liked Jamari Baylor more early in the season. Then all the rehab guys took his playing time. So we are left with this tantalizing but small sample.
