From the boxscore it looks like Hao Yu Lee got hurt stealing 2B after a walk. He was removed on defense in the following half-inning after an injury delay.

He collided with Carr while going after a shallow fly ball. Seemed like a (contact) knee injury, but he went through a battery of range of motion tests in the field that he seemed to do well on before needing someone to support him as he limped off the field.

The Ricketts departure for JS coincided with the end of the CLW winning streak, although they played well and lost late.

I just watched the video of Lee's injury on Mitch Rupert's twitter feed. It did not look good. It looked like his leg was still buckling after he stood up and had to be helped back to the dugout.
