FCL roster here:

The entire roster consists of international players and NPG is the only non-Latino player. This really begs the question for me as to why they don't just create a DSL advanced league and do away with the complex leagues. We seem to only draft HS players in the top round or two and they go to a younger Clearwater roster anyway since there is no short season advanced league. I know there is a cultural acclimation aspect of playing in Florida for a year, but it does seem to be a waste..
The one non international player on the roster is not active but a little interesting.
4-year Army pitcher who had TJ surgery in 2024 so is not ready yet apparently. It does look like he can play for the Phillies as an active duty player unlike Noah Song who sat out for 4 years.
