Sullivan was 94-95 mph, pitches moved in every direction but up, though his fastball was a little straight. Interesting windup- like he crouches then goes into a high leg kick. I’m sure it’s deceptive or messes with timing.
At Lehigh Medina looks like he always looks- good slider and change, and a 94 mph fastball with good run and a little sink. If he lived at the knees he’d be a great pitcher, but most of the time he’s like a sinkerballer who pitches up in the zone- and that gets hit. If he can’t get the ball down someone should make him a 4-seam fastball pitcher.
Moniak’s Homer was opposite field, and Randolph continued with good ABs and hitting the ball hard to center and left.
I was looking forward to seeing Ben Brown but came away a bit disappointed. Physically and his delivery looked like Ben McDonald (and now I’m old enough to say “if your old enough to remember him”). Over the top and mid 90s velo but his fastball is flat and, while he threw some nasty 2-strike curves, the others looked up and hitable.
