DSL quality is probably increasing too, so if a 17-year-old like Caba does well there it probably means more than it would have meant a couple of years ago.
I do dislike all those rehab players in the limited number of FCL games. The FCL really is not as good as the GCL used to be. It gets few draftees until the final weeks, so it is a bunch of players from the system last year not good enough for full season ball (Kotowski) and second tier Latin American prospects. Bergolla skips all the way to A ball and Aroon Escobar stays in DSL an extra year. Maybe the play quality is as good as ever, but the prospects there may not be.
