Those seem all moves among lesser prospects or relievers (Warren is somewhat interesting still). The exception is Victor Santos. He was the youngest pitcher on the Blue Claws and was pitching very well (ERA off 1.33) and he'll be the youngest pitcher at Reading now replacing Morales. I know he is more the polished pitcher rather than the pitcher with great stuff, but good news if he is progressing.

It feels so five years ago to think Kevin Gowdy and Mark Appel had good starts in the same week.

On the plus side of velocity reports, it definitely looks like Gowdy was throwing a bit harder yesterday than in the past. Sounds like he was sitting in the 93-94 range and touching higher if the TV gun can be believed.
