This is about as close as we get to an all prospect lineup at Clearwater. I still think it is likely they send him down to GCL when that starts, but hopefully he outplays that likelihood.

Maikel Garrido added to Clearwater. 21 year old LHP that was not great 2 years ago in GCL, but is very projectable at 6'4" and apparently sitting 94-95 tonight, touching 97. Could be another arm to watch on that staff (though replacing the injured Starlyn Castillo).

He don't look no 150 lbs, think he's filling out, won't be 200, maybe max out at 185 or so?

I think the Phillies see Rojas as having more power potential, but Garcia having a bit more speed and defense.

But as with any set of young prospects, it is better to have two than one. I also like that both are seen as potentially plus defensively. Maybe the organization will take defense more seriously as some of our "hit tool first" guys like Bohm and Stott are less good defensively (not that Stott is awful, just that if he sticks at SS it would be because the bat plays well there).

Wonder what the odds are on that right now, defining "hit" as an above average MLB player? 20-30% on each of them? That makes the odds of hitting on all three as about 1 in 30 or so.
