Jose Peña didn’t break 90 mph in his first inning. Maybe the gun is slow, but the other pitchers have been in the low 90s.

That’s a bit disappointing for a guy who looked like he was going to be a mid-90s arm. Not much command either. Maybe something is bothering him.
