Fernando Ortega season debut in the DSL

Have not seen him in awhile. Part of the Starlyn Castillo class in 2018 for $200K. Pretty good 2019 season. Tall and projectable.

Ji Tae Lee debut for FCL with a clean inning. Jamari Baylor 2-2. Lee was a 20-year-old Korean pitcher in this year's international class.

The radar gun at the clearwater game was undoubtedly slow-
Cotto didn't break 88 and was mostly 85-86 mph
Garrido was 92-93 mph
Ruffcorn was 95 mph.
So even if you figure the gun is 3-4 mph slow, the velo on Cotto was disappointing.
Ruffcorn's fastball was whistling- very exciting stuff...except that his slider was so poor there may be a legitimate concern over his ability to spin the ball.
