The first game was a continuation of the game Saturday. Miller played Saturday but did not play today. His first AB occurred on Saturday.
I think it is possible that Miller has been promoted to Clearwater. Starlyn Caba HAS been promoted to FCL even though he did not play today. They obviously could just play Miller at 3B, but it would make sense to give him a few weeks at Clearwater like they did with Crawford last year.

He’s a disaster
Doesn’t look like he plays well with the automatic K zone.
I expect he has a tired arm at this point; he'll be OK going forward, just not this year.
The AAA automated strike zone without a high strike is just bad for him. He'll need to learn to deal with it, but I imagine a huge portion of pitches that used to be called strikes for him are now not being called strike and the hitters are more experienced.
He wasn’t really missing high though- it looked like he was rushing through his delivery and he didn’t look comfortable- like he was compensating for something.
